Alternative Footer Example.

Below this text is a template for an alternative page footer.

The footer is responsive in the sense that if the page/window width is below 720 pixels the three columns will stack on top of each other with the left column on top and the right column on the bottom and increase text size to 125%.
To minimize the impact of the existing built-in footer you may take the following actions:

Open the Style Manager,
Set the footer background colors to white (# FF FF FF),
Select a very light color for the footer text,
Reduce the footer text size to 0.8em or smaller,
Uncheck the box "Show No. of online users".

a. Overwrite the example text

Please enter your own information - or what ever text you might find relevant - in the three columns of the alternative footer. Switch the editor to "Source Mode" and find the two .column classes and adjust the height. By default the height value is set to 200 pixels and 270 pixels when the columns are stacked. These height values should correspond with the content that you filled in.

z. Finally

Delete all the irrelevant stuff from, a to z and re-export the page as your own template for an alternative page footer that easily can be used on all your pages!
